I’ve going to this place for a year since it’s close to my home., the bagel quality has been decreasing over time. The place is owned by a family, I’ve witnessed the oldest son yell and scream at his staff and customers few times and today was my day to get yelled at. I call the bagel shop to place my order like I’ve been doing for the past year. I spoke to the son who was not happy that I was placing the other over the phone, I think he was expecting a bigger order. A friend told us that if we had the time to stop for bagels, then we absolutely needed to. So we decided to venture out to Liberty Bagels on our drive home from NYC to get a few dozen bagels for our family and friends back home. We also got 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches that were so delicious that we actually turned around to go back for MORE! So happy that we listened to it friends recommendation and decided to commit to the 45 minute drive out to Liberty Bagels because the bagel sandwiches were so so good and the dozens we are taking home with us were so fresh that they were still warm!! Food is good, when they get your order right. I like this place and the staff is nice but they’re inconsistent with their food. I’ve ordered the maple ham sandwich on two separate occasions and both sandwiches were completely different. Same thing with the platters, my dad ordered an omelette platter and he enjoyed it, we went back the following day and when he ordered the same platter he got scrambled eggs with a slice of melted cheese on top (that wasn’t what he got last time). As a chef myself, the owner or whoever is in charge needs to show all the cooks how to make these menu items according.
As an delivery driver coming here is a headache because u wait 20-30 mins for an order and sometimes u deal with rude workers .you would think two have two flat tops for as many orders as you get. As a customer the quality of the bagels are down . Their wait time for a customer is ridiculous because I rather make something at home than wait 20-25 mins for an order . All this mean is your cook line and equipment is outdated and you guys need to upgrade for a faster turnaround time which equal happier customers and delivery drivers .

A spot I know all too well. They are very nice and take time to know the familiar faces. My breakfast spot as I live in the area very convenient and great food. I love customer service throughout your stay if you choose to dine in. Overall, the team is very respectful, hardworking, and polite staff. People who come to visit me love this spot as well.
Nice cozy little spot sitting on the corner road in fords. Staff is very nice and friendly and food is very good, very crowded in the morning and food takes a little longer to be made but that just means business is good. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with SPK and well done bacon and everything came out good!
This is what I wish every deli could be like! Clean, fast, delicious, and fresh. The employees are courteous and attentive. The food is plentiful and delicious. Plenty of seating if you have the time to sit and enjoy your breakfast sandwich or Boars Head sub!
I come here often and greeted by Patricia with a nice smile and amazing customer service. Bagels and ingredients are always fresh and newly made
