Nice paillote under the pines in front of the beach. Snacks in the day, barbecue in the evening. For the Corsican evening, traditional veal menu in sauce with pasta and tasty tiramisu with chestnut. Corsican chants, even incomprehensible, clearly highlight the shift between the natives who dream of freedom, Che Guevara and revolution and the tourists who want only turquoise sea, fine sand and burning sun.
