We just had the best weekend getaway! Every staff member was kind and courteous, but we were especially pleased with the service we received from the front desk staff. Upon arrival the front desk immediately offered to hold our bags so we could go enjoy theimmaculate beach and pool area while we waited for our room to be ready. They had a good variety of food options at their poolbar/restaurant, and the shrimp ceviche was soooooo good! As soon as our room was available, we received a text message. Thedecor was updated, and everything was very clean and well kept. We are Florida locals and have been to numerous beach resortsover the years. We?ll definitely be coming back here.
Had a wonderful time here in July 2022. However, since it?s ?off season? as more people usually come in the winter, the adult pool and some spots were under maintenance. The bathroom could also be cleaned a little bit better, and the elevator in thesmaller building was slow and a little scary, but the beds were comfy, loved the rocking chairs on the balcony, the staffeverywhere were so nice and helpful, the beach chairs and umbrellas were only $15 a day, the food and drinks and Drift and TikiBar were great. Would definitely come back just not sure if worth the price.
Beautiful place, nice room, but small bathroom as you have to stand between toilet and sink to do your makeup and hair. Maid service every day didn't come till almost 5pm didn't refill water bottles as promised. Then day of check out 8am maid serviceknocks on door wants to know when you'll be checking out. Otherwise the rest of the resort, bar, restaurant service waswonderful.
The staff was excellent the key for our car was missing and the employees worked tirelessly to find it the manager even came out of his meeting with his boss to help us. The beach and the whole resort was beautiful the food, the beach, and all of theaccessories were totally beautiful. I would totally recommend staying here.
