Was turned away for a carry out order; they said reservations only and they only had 2 tables full. I asked if they could put that on their website, FB page, etc.Yes, I saw the reservation only sign on the door, but most places are cool with a to go order. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Four for dinner and as our first time here we ordered crabcakes, calamari, crab bisque and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers-crab bisque was thin-great flavor in the broth but needed crab in the broth, others were very good. Ordered Halibut Oscar, New York strip and Cioppino-quanities are substantial and everyone thought it all tasty-even sharing the Halibut Oscar we took leftovers of all the entrees home! Needs to have better timing between appetizers and entrees as we were rushed is the reason for four stars.
Would have loved to try this place out, we called 6 times starting at 1:00pm on September 8th for reservations that evening. It just went to voicemail each time we called. We looked on their website and Yelp and they both stated they were open Thursday-Sunday. We drove from our campground to the restaurant around 6:00pm and a note was posted on the door that they were closed. Sure would have been nice if the message on the phone or Facebook page would have said they were closed. Maybe next time.

Excellent food! Waitress, cook and any staff members we encountered were very friendly. So many great choices so we are definitely going back to try something new. Prices were cheaper than we expected. We had the lunch fish and chips, but I watched as other customers got their food and I said I am going to try that. Sometimes food is just what you eat when you're hungry...this was a great experience
Definitely one of the better places in Westport. You'll want reservations if you go for dinner. I had the halibut burger from their lunch menu and it was very good. Their fries are handcut in house. Wine selection is mediocre, but the quality of the locally sourced food makes up for it.
The owners are actually, honestly crazy abusive and make fun of people for dying on their Facebook. It's wild. They also ridicule any customers that have a legitimate grievance. Go look at any of their responses to low reviews here and witness my point. Don't eat here.
Enjoyed a nice dinner with family. Good atmosphere with generous portions and attentive service. Call for reservations to make sure they aren't booked up.
