Walked in, sign said wait to be seated .... but wait staff just kept ignoring us! One waitress greeted my friend and still didnt seat us. Tables were open. So after 10 mins or so, finally seated by waitress who seemed to whisper? She said people often comment on it, and she was nice, but ..... then we waited a bit to get our food. My meal wasnt bad, but not perhaps worth the experience. Lots of folks had finished and left suddenly waitress kept coming every few minutes asking if we needed anything. Waited tables in my past, she was nice, but overall experience could be better. Friend says is usually better service/food. Might give it another try as trust friends judgement.
We have been coming here for 15 years and it has only gotten better. We love supporting locally owned locations and this one we found while in military housing. They grow their jalapenos for the poppers. The seafood sauce is amazing with the seafood quesadilla. The enchilada sauce tastes like a rich mole sauce. The pork green chili sauce is so savory and adds depth to whatever it is put on. We haven't had anything bad here and will continue to support them for years to come.
Two words CHILE RELLENO. This place has the best ones in all of Omaha are that I've tried to find anyways. Esp in the summer as they grow their own chilies. Vibe is so down to earth in here and the wait staff is just great! I go once a week in the summer. Love this place! A true diamond in the rough.
Never knew,about this place and was driving I thought I'd check it out and glad I did Nice little family place with great service and my super burrito was awesome Lots of near things on thr interior to look at too I will go back when I'm in the area and tell my friends

Great restaurant. We travel to Offutt AFB often and eat here every time. The food is great. The prices are right. The service is pleasant. They also use fresh produce straight out of their garden right behind the restaurant. Love this place.
The food is good. The hot sauce is 5 s . The tamales are the reason I didn't rate the food as 5 stars. Service is very good. The atmosphere is very nice, with an old school look and feel.
Kinda place you want to find for good mex and drinks with friends. Go.
