L'ile Aux Pizzas Joué Lès Tours

For me the best pizzas of Touraine, the only ones to my knowledge that have a wood oven up to 400 degrees in terracotta to make real Neapolitan pizzas like in Italy... They are more expensive but the difference is the cost compared to Domino's pizza, the taste is incomparable compared to cooking in the electric oven. Their recipes are beautiful and very cool pizzaiolos... The wait is slightly higher than the large chains that seem logical given the difference of taste. I prefer to wait 5 more minutes and eat a real pizza that I couldn't make at home, rather than eating a pizza of aalapizza, which tastes like a supermarket pizza that I can cook in the oven at home. a bottle of wine is offered...

Pizzas are delicious with a fine dough and cooked with wood fire. the carbonara pasta is falling as well as the tiramisu. people working there are very nice and always coming. I'm not afraid to say that, I like this restaurant.
