absolutely disgusting eating, as well as disgusting customer service. we ordered a fair amount of food, including 2x barbeque retrievals, 2x chicken balls and 2x sweet and acid sauces. the ribs in the BBQ sauce had a strange sugar sauce. they had a hard one. Honey at the bottom of the box, but not on the ribs. some of the chicken balls were very pink. we didn't want to risk it so we didn't eat all of them. the worst part was the sweet and acidic sauce. the sauce we received looked like jam, and tasted and smelled orange. I called lilis and was passed on to someone who was very abrupt and not exactly polite. he tried to tell me that we made our sweet and sour sauce, I asked how sweet and sour...
Really disappointed! Tonight’s delivery will be our last. Waited 1hr 25 mins for the delivery which is grand with covid 19 malarkey. As soon as I realised they got one of my order items wrong I rang. I got a sorry but no offer to...correct the issue, as I am gluten free and have to follow an msg free diet also they checked I could eat the wrongly noted and delivered item. I order from here practically every week when I do it’s 1-2 times. The attitude of the male staff member was really disappointing, not what we are used to especially as I paid more money for an item I didn’t want! we are made of ballyholme and have tried to find a good Chinese restaurant for a dae. we had two performances of lili, both were excellent. we are a few days ago and the standard of food has been maintained. I wish I had...photos, especially the salted chili mushrooms (that my wife could not be done or she could not have done much of her main course). simple things like the decorative art, like some of the vegetables were cut to the prawn sesam toast with a dip served with it, add them to pleasure. the personal is very attentive and always smiles. we will be back again and again.
100% best Chinese in town. Cater for all your needs. Been devouring their food for years and will continue to do so for years. I used to be gluten free and LiLis was the only restaurant/takeaway that helped keep my sanity throughout that period. Often...gluten free can be lacklustre but in this restaurant their gluten free food is equal if not better than the ordinary dishes. No matter what you choose on their menu, whenever, it is quality. This is a lovely place to go for dinner with friends or family. The staff are friendly, cheerful and very willing to help you decide what to try on the extensive menu. My favourite is Beef Chow Mein.

I tried the traditional tasting menu for six people and it was the best Chinese food experience I've had. I highly recommend it.
I like ginger in my rice and they have it perfected . I honestly think ud have to have a screw loose not to like there food tbh
