My mother and I like to try out new restis and we were really looking forward to the mussels and wanted to enjoy them again after a long hospital stay. We made a reservation here on Monday for Thursday. If you make a reservation 3 days in advance, you will only be given a table right at the entrance where everyone comes in and out. We sat and were cold, it wasn't even enjoyable. The staff was the unfriendly with zero social skills. We had to make facial expressions and roll our eyes, etc. Let it please. The waitress wasn 't particularly interested in selling us anything. When I brought up an aperitif she simply ran away. The food wasn 't anything special and the mussels...well, they weren 't that fresh. After dinner we left immediately. Even the guests were friendlier than the staff. I ordered two Züri Geschnetzeltes to pick up. Arrived for pickup 40 minutes later as agreed. Unfortunately the order got lost, which wouldn't have been a problem. But the cook (I think the owner) started arguing with his waitress and told me to come back in 40 minutes but to bring my own plates. (The incident happened in November) Best regards
Ich kenne dieses Restaurant seit Jahren. Immer hervorragend. Hat nie an Qualität verloren! Bavo! Bleibt so! Klein, fein und traditionell. Die Einrichtung ist genau so, wie sie sein sollte; ich liebe es und verurteile jeden, der alles modernisieren muss. Diese Wände haben Geschichten. Top, top, top!
