The kitchen is creative. Associations are imaginative, sometimes ostentatious: watermelon and cow cheese; grilled octopus, tomatoes and celery; louvine, melon, potatoes purée, fermented onion. The presentations allow for a good readability and enhancement of the main product of the plate. The particularity of this establishment is therefore centered around assumed proposals, with surprising reliefs, which justify the gastronomic getaway and give it meaning. The flavours are in turn surprising, sometimes insolent, but the pleasure always remains the nodal point of the experience. a fabulous meal, thanks to the chef, passionate about his profession. We'll come back as soon as we can. As promised, I returned all night of the last week of April. What a pleasure! And that's nothing to say. If you are lucky, you can enjoy its signature dessert on July 14 for the papillae, its name: green curry, with coconut shavings, ginger and galanga jams, coriander cream, ginger ice, it's to fall off! after all I've just written, if you don't go, as much for you.
Tres disappointing...we loved only one of the three lovers, and my companion his meat. The rest was either too fade, too salty. Very good service it says even if we had to ask three times the salt and pepper that arrived at the time of the dish. The price of 98 euros (even for the vegetarian menu is very far from being justified. Good wine selection the sommelier was top.
A fully deserved star. Everything is perfect between cuisine, wines, frame and service. The products are of remarkable quality, sublimated by the creativity of the chef and enhanced by a demanding service and both nearby. Wines in total agreement. A great time. Bravo to this whole team just what it takes.

Very nice discovery. We have feasted, the kitchen is very good and the interesting associations. I highly recommend it. The staff is in small care and the great welcome. One of the best restaurants I've been to.
Nothing to say, the setting, the atmosphere and the quality of our dishes, we have tested the menu discovery, the menu tasting with chords and wines, a kitchen worked and responsible, we recommend! Bravo!
