We pushed the door of the 'Imprévu' and that was exactly what we needed a BISTROT that blooms good food A map that offers dishes from our great parents, no mozza, but crust paste, mimosas eggs, a gourmet and generous cuisine with quality products (Aubrac's) Fast and jovial service despite the rush! Ambiance to the Audiard des Tontons flingueurs! I strongly recommend to all lovers of the true 'authentic' and the dirty!! I hope I can come back before my departure to Toulouse
Vitriote for 4 years, I discovered this place Friday 03/11. We were looking for a little bistro with my mom we went to test the unforeseen....We loved it! A bistro as we like, warm, friendly atmosphere, generous plate, homemade, an old service without Ipad or other for a real customer contact, advice and listening, a follow-up of service despite the rush of the noon, and a very nice discussion around rice with milk at the end of lunch where one of the bosses took time to explain the recipe of his great mother! ESSENTIAL: IT’S VERY HEAVY. Warm welcome, superb atmosphere, exceptional HOMEMADE cuisine, discreet and quiet terrace. The boss conducts his business with great rigor also in the perfection of the dishes. I recommend mimosa carrots: the iconic starter for those on a diet. Only wines from owners. Each of the producers was visited by the boss. I discovered a white St Pourcain (Tressallier grape variety) and a remarkable Chinon. The blanc de blanc grand cru champagne from Chouilly is breathtaking. A hell of a moment “like in the country over there”
Chinese, Japanese, pizzeria or kebab... There you have simple, effective, and good French cuisine. You are warmly welcomed in this restaurant auvergnat that does not pay a mine from the outside. His reputation is no longer to be done and the room is often full. The service stays fast. Bravo!

A pleasant place with a smiling boss and team or the notes of the terroir and French gastronomy are pretty and pleasantly highlighted. An aligot and a tatin pie to fall
