We found that the wines were all very good but not necessarily well associated, or rather say that they did not bring anything more to the dish, in addition, some wines to drink with 2 dishes... Then we found a recurring use of the Shi Ta Kè. We were recently asked for a supplement for the cheese of 10 euros, on a formula to 112 euros per person, we were a little surprised. Otherwise, congratulations to the chef for all these flavors and this very nice cuisine.
