Wow! Whoa! We discovered this superb restaurant during the containment through their menus in delivery and we were conquered. We ate for the first time on the spot today. We loved our meal! Excellent entry ( perfect egg, foie gras) The dishes were just as good, the back cooked to perfection and the poultry on the chest with a juice to fall. The desserts have finished this delicious meal with lightness and elegance. All products are local and seasonal and it feels in dishes. And what about the Fiona service is simply adorable and the efficient and user-friendly server. We will come back for sure and we will have this wonderful restaurant to everyone! one of the best meals in my life! the food is fresh (only seasonal products) and delicious. I came with my companion and my mother-in-law. We were warmly welcomed, everyone enjoyed the moment and the food. Personnel incredibly professional, we explain the contents of each plate and answer your questions. The uncontournable bears its name well because it is a must-see of the region. we absolutely don't regret the hour and half of the road from nancy to get there. again thanks to fiona, nicolas and xavier for this superb meal.
We had fun and we had a very good time! The dishes were delicious! I am now reconciled with milk rice! And it emerges from the restaurant and service a beautiful impression of proximity and simplicity (in the positive sense of the term) behind extraordinary flavors! The price-quality ratio is also top (34€ in dish, noon in week) and the perfect quantities. A big thank you to the chef, the waiter and all those who left a review/photo and convinced us to discover this restaurant.
Passing to Colmar, we discovered this superb restaurant. The welcome is fabulous, the server shows great professionalism, it is very friendly and loves its profession. Very nice address with a very high quality kitchen created by a chef of little 27 years old with already a very beautiful and very promising course. It's just fresh, local, perfectly worked. We feel passion. everything is sublimated by impeccable service. I recommend.
We dine in this beautiful little restaurant early December and it was a very nice discovery. It was a real pleasure, we enjoyed it. The servers are very friendly, the service was irreproachable! Everything was together to have a perfect evening.
