An absolutely sublime meal (veal head with an authentic divine gribiche sauce a succulent bull ****). Great portions!Bref, real flavors of old finally found! A very good value for money. So nice and warm welcome! For us, to date, by far the best restaurant in St-Rémy. And the most, our little chihuahuas well received and pampered. A very good time shared with my wife. A very nice and competent server on the products it offers, a perfect and balanced kitchen in the dosage of spices and condiments. Just picked up what it takes, lemonized just what it takes. The seafood pasta salad was excellent and copyy and pasta with extra Espelette pepper. Restaurant 5 for pasta lovers! You choose sauce, garnish and pasta types. All is served generously in a pan that keeps hot pasta until the end. Revolutionary for real pasta lovers! Not to mention the fresh conte in grated pieces directly on it! Cherry on the cake all desserts are homemade!
