Wanted to go to a nice place on a date night with my wife. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait to get seated, the people in front of us in line were seated right away. We also saw other groups immediately seated. They signed me up for Open Table text notifications and they didn't notify us of a table being ready. We wandered the casino for a bit where we got carded oddly, no one else did that we saw. We came back to the restaurant and went in again and sat at a sofa chair when we noticed about 1/10 of the restaurant was empty. Service was great, server was friendly and professional. Three out of four of our dinners were fine; one dinner was not so good, chicken marsala dish the chicken and sauce were good but the broccoli was very sad, not fresh, overcooked and the potatoes burned and not edible. The appetizers had good flavor and were good but so overpriced for the amount served it is a poor value.
We had a 5:45 reservation to have dinner prior to a 7:00 concert at the Ilani ballroom. We showed up at 5:40 but was told they had no tables available at this time for our reservation. We did not get seated until 6:10 which caused us to rush dinner to make the concert on time.
Second time eating here and still not impressed. My clam chowder was drowned with oyster crackers and tasted like it was from a can. The albacore fish and chips was as dry as a dryer sheet. The only thing that was ok were the fries and those were probably frozen.

Some of the standout dishes at this restaurant are the big chowder, Caesar salad, and lobster tail. The coconut garnish is also a nice touch. However, everything else on the menu is just average.
Wonderful staff and great food. Will come again. Highly recommend. It was my husband's birthday and the staff was made aware, would have been nice to have received a comp'd dessert.
Vanessa our hostess made this a great experience. She was friendly, fun, and truly catered to our every need.
Love the live music in the bar. Terrific date night or evening out with friends.
