on the arrival was our table not ready for the 5,30 booking we made. at the end of dinner we felt very hastily, there was a card on the table saying we could have the table on 8pm, but at 7.20 we were asked to leave the table, I have no problem with how I know it takes time to have the table ready for the next guests, but if we had to wait after 5.30 until our table was ready, there was a sour taste.
service was very bad, our bill was wrong 3 times and we didn't get an apology, in which she was quite ignorant about it, then only out of the blue that we had to leave the table, friends had still a bottle of wine to finish when we said that she sent a bouncer to tell us we landed on to stop the drink bar in the understanding that we never left a time.
eating was amazing! the waitress didn't let us wait too long when we asked for a few minutes. very attentive to ask if there was something else we needed, etc. poor level for me was a bit loud, but it is the same, everywhere they go in belfast anyway, overall nice dinner and overnight will be back!
First time in the bar and will definitely go back and take friends next time the staff couldn't have been more helpful and made u feel very welcome thank u in mean Time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Fantastic food, great value and lovely presentation. Excellent service from a very lovely waitress, a real asset to the establishment. Cant wait to return.
