"Linh Café in Vancouver offers a wonderful dining experience. The bread with pâté was fantastic—crispy on the outside and soft inside, making it a perfect way to start the meal. The beef pho was outstanding; the broth was rich and flavorful, especially enhanced by the addition of bone marrow. You can truly taste the care and depth in every spoonful. While the Vietnamese iced coffee was just okay and a bit too mild for my preference, it was still enjoyable. Overall, Linh Café’s menu is impressive, and I would definitely return for the beef pho—it’s absolutely worth it! I’m glad we didn’t have to wait long and were seated quickly. Our server, Thinh, was incredibly kind and friendly. Since we speak Cantonese and Mandarin, he made a great effort to communicate in our languages to explain the menu, showing genuine respect in this fine dining setting at such a beautiful restaurant. We started with some appetizers that were of excellent quality, as shown in one of my photos. The creamy pork liver paste on a crispy baguette was velvety and smooth, leaving a wonderful texture in the mouth.
