We enjoyed a beautiful sunny winter walk with our Spaniels to this cafe bar as our chosen turnaround destination. Welcome sign Dogs Welcome the main reason to sit on our walk. Very friendly reception by James offered a table in the indoor or outdoor area we used the winter suns and sat outside. Dogs offered water service friendly efficient and helpful We ordered breakfast (only closed at 11.30am for breakfast orders) and coffee Great quality food and coffee and the Spaniels shared doggy sausages. Very happy to return and would like to recommend a stop here to everyone while enjoying the Riverside Walk. Will be a regular call location right away.
In the future, people will sit around camp fires, tell stories and sing songs about the legend that is the Aubergine Pizza at Liosi’s. If I’ve had a better pizza I can’t remember. Bursting with flavour, bags of taste. A counselling session should be booked for when it ends. The service here is delightful and when you consider all of the magic is performed in the smallest, hottest kitchen, correction, broom cupboard, the Staff are working wonders. First class and top marks.
Brilliant service, with fresh Sicilian food. We had the Calamari, garlic bread with caramelized onions and cheese and the Tagliere Salumi. There was a good choice of meat and the 3 dishes were more than enough to between 2. After a short break we had a Cannoli Siciliani who was beautiful again. The first time here will definitely be back.
Very well placed family ownedSicilian trattoria. Just next to the river Tyne before entering Newcastle city centre. Delicious sausage and fennel pizza , cold beer and lovely canoli and coffee. What more can a tired walker wish for? Good service despite being very busy.
Very surprising to find this great restaurant in a business park! Really nice staff and excellent food. The selection of pasta dishes is wonderful, everything is super tasty and nicely presented. Also the potato skins are so so good!

I loved the vibe by the river. Good service. I tried the Veggie breakfast with scrambled eggs the Cappuccino, loved both. Need to add more options in the breakfast menu, like cut fruits, etc.
Lovely place to eat ! I had a delicious breakfast with my Daughter here. I never knew about this place but my Daughter goes a lot . I hope to go back soon !
