Never have felt the need to write a review but here we go? ordered dinner for delivery last night around 5:40pm, said it should arrive around 6:30pm, sweet. 6:30pm went and passed, I get it everyone is short staffed and busy on a Saturday night. Around7:30 I get a random picture with no context from the delivery driver of a building that is not mine. I proceed to send him myexact location to where he says ?I am in this place, you can come and get it, I don?t speak English?. After now finally gettingthrough the one of the restaurants lines after 8pm they attempted to help (after blaming me for using a ?wrong address? but thedelivery still never arrived. Just called this morning to ask about a...
I agree with the last reviewer. I have loved Lisa's since they got here and through the COVID timeframe. But there is bad management at Lisa's right now. In particular, the person who answers the phone was really rude to me. He was sarcastic about the order they messed up. The delivery driver told me that they got a new cashier and that was playing a role. Lisa's is a chain and hopefully the Lisa's poobahs eventually realize it. It's a shame. Ordinarily they have been a decent place with one of my favorite pizzas. If you do bravely order from Lisa's, use GrubHub or another service that provides a guarantee. I have had to use the GubHub guarantee with Lisa's twice. No more.
Finally, I managed to get through to one of the restaurant’s lines after 8:00 PM. They tried to help me, but after implying it was my fault for using the "wrong address," I still had not received my food. I called again this morning to request a refund. They said they had processed it but hung up on me when I asked if there was anything else they could do to resolve the situation.
In total, I spent almost three hours trying to get my food, only to end up empty-handed. I really hope they improve their customer service so that no one else has to go through this experience.
With only a couple of hours notice, the folks at Lisa's put together a group order including a half tray of pasta, pizzas, and wings. They also helped me figure out how much food to order and accommodated a GF order. It was fresh, ready on time, andreceived rave reviews from our guests. We've ordered from Lisa's before, and this was my first choice for the last minuterequest. So appreciative they could do it.

Lisa’s Family Pizzeria used to be a dependable and solid neighborhood spot. However, it now seems to be run by the most unskilled staff minimum wage can attract. If you’re looking for better pizza, you’d be better off going to the Star Market just ten minutes away and grabbing a frozen pizza—at least then you’ll end up with something edible.
I have to say this place is excellent and always consistent. This is my second visit this week. They are very generous with their portion sizes. I’ve frequented her Quincy location many times. The food quality never changes. I especially love the chicken Alfredo and pulled pork mac.
This place is near my house and I've been sleeping on it. The food is so good and affordable. They have breaded wings and fried dough balls. So yum
