If I could rate this place with no stars I would! The reasons behind it include not getting our order right, not giving me the proper amount of sauces I paid for, and tonight the workers was all in the front part of the store hanging out setting on thecounters while we were sitting in the drive thru along with 5 other vehicles waiting for them to come to the window to take anorder for over 15 minutes all because they were to busy setting around. I will never go back to Little Caesars in Point Pleasantever again.
I don't expect a hot and ready pizza to be the same quality as fresh, but I do expect it to be edible. I picked up a plain cheese hot and ready and ate it not even 10 mins later and the crust is literally so hard and stale that's it's inedible, like I'm eating a cheese covered rock. It's obvious that whomever is in charge doesn't care about product quality or food safety in the slightest. Definitely don't recommend this location.
Order a Stix and Slices and it was cold, half of the toppings were peeled off of it. This wouldn?t be that big of a deal because mistakes happen, but when I went in to get it fixed, the man working the front (tall, blonde hair, scruffy beard) had a full attitude as if I was wrong for wanting it remade. He then proceeded to cuss me out. I will NEVER eat here again.
Be sure to call ahead if you're looking for stuffed crust, as it’s not typically listed on the online menu! I appreciate how quick and affordable their food is, and it’s delicious too! Their cheesy Italian bread is a favorite of ours.

The pizza is good. However, some of the toppings were dumped in a bunch and not spread evenly across the pizza. Some pieces of pizza were missing an ingredient altogether.
We just visited the restaurant and while the pizza was fresh and hot, we paid for a drink that we never received. Unfortunately, I have to give it two stars this time.
Although it was a bit hectic and my interaction was brief, my order was taken inside and prepared quickly. Everyone was friendly and polite.

You really need to start wearing hairnets. I often find hair baked into the pizza, and it's quite off-putting.
Crazy bread was fine. Pizza was sloppy and wasnt very good.
