I don 't know why I even came after the last time. Look, nobody is getting Little Caesar 's for the quality. It 's literally in the name Hot and Ready. That 's it. It 's cheap and you can just pick one up at every one of their stores. Except this one. Literally every time I go they have absolutely zero food. I 'm not picky and when I need something fast, I just ask what is ready and that 's what I take. I don 't understand how this one store doesn 't realize that they will sell more food at dinner and prepare accordingly. If your customer count spikes at certain times, then you increase your output that same percent. Every other chain and every other store in this chain understands that, but...
These are the worst little ceasars I had with me, I don't know what they have in front of them, but they need to be more organized and clear, more people have to hire to do the job. I only left 1 star because I had to give one to the commentary. I usually don't leave a bad exam, but this required it. I ordered my pizza online at 7:45 clock I showed at 8:35 my pizza was not done I waited in loading for 45 minutes to tell someone to me, we need to make the cheese pizza yet. then I went 10 minutes later into the counter and they had neither pizza, so they needed to order at once again. just to be clear, it's 9:25 and I'm still here. I am angry and will not come back to this place.
I ordered before the time through the pizza portal when the time said my order was done. at the arrival my order was not even made and had to wait 40 minutes for my order. many people waited for more than an hour for their order and were upset to ask for refunds. perhaps a coordinated system must be set up and the staff must be more customer service oriented. they need to open another location.
Little Caesars pizza is good and that?s why it pains me that this is the only location close by. It doesn?t matter if you use the app, call it in, or pull up to order. This place always makes you wait at least 30 minutes. They could also put a little more effort into the cleanliness. While you wait you constantly have to keep shooing the flies away.
