Won't pick up the phone. They gave the driver the wrong order and it was a cold pizza (they're close to me! . Paid for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, along with brownies and only recieved a COLD cheese pizza with someone else's name! That's unsafe to eat, who even knows how long it was sitting there. Horrible customer service, horrible attention to detail, and poor food safety. Order from this location AT YOUR OWN RISK! The service here is terrible. They really need to hire more staff because it's unreasonable that each time I visit, I end up waiting at least 30 minutes. Fifteen minutes just to be acknowledged and place my order, followed by another 15 to 20 minutes to actually receive my food. Calling it "terrible" feels like an understatement; it’s almost as if they expect you to either order for takeout or finish your meal elsewhere.
Never again! I ordered Uber Eats from here, and it was $43 down the drain! The pizza was cold and tasteless, and the cheesy breadsticks weren’t even cooked properly. It was a total waste, and don’t even get me started on the Buffalo wings—they were completely uncooked! It’s disappointing that they still haven’t improved after all these years. I wish I could give them no stars at all.
The customer service here is fantastic! They always treat me with respect, and it's the only cheese pizza my children will eat. They consistently greet my family and me with a smile. Sometimes, I feel they could benefit from having more staff due to the site's high demand. I've been a customer for two years, and I've always been treated well. Five stars! So I go in, they get my order wrong and they immediately run to the back to make an order I didn't want. I tried yelling to get their attention and tapping on the glass but of course I get no one's attention. So I just leave because I'm not gonna pay forsomething I didn't want and I wasn't gonna wait extra time for something to be corrected.
Never again! I ordered from here and paid $43, but it was such a disappointment. The pizza arrived cold, the breadsticks weren’t even properly cooked, and the buffalo wings were completely undercooked. It’s sad that after all these years, the quality is still this bad. I wish I could give zero stars.
The food is good, but they rarely open on time. Trt them at 11:30AM 12:00PM, it was like that before COVID 19, so it has just gotten worst. It always seems to catch them by surprised when someone orders a pepperoni pizza because they are never ready forit.
