Ordered 5 pizzas and Bread sticks. asked for a Time to come back for my order, and they said 15 minutes. so I went back in 15 minutes they said its about two minute til its done. another 20 minutes go by so I asked what was taking so long, they said itle be one more minute, I said if its not done in a minute I will come back or get a refund. I said dont tell me 15 minutes if you are not going to be done in 15 minutes, give me a proper time to come back to get my order. they said BE More PATIENT. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Corporate is being contacted, and I will Say do Not go here. better off buying something from any other pizza place. because you will end up spending more...
I dined at the restaurant on March 23rd at noon and had a wonderful experience. The wings were absolutely perfect, and the Italian cheesy bread was simply delicious! The staff performed exceptionally well. I was informed that my order would be ready in 5 to 7 minutes, and to my delight, it was ready in just 6 minutes. I did have to wait a moment for the cashier to assist another customer, but when it was my turn, she already had my order in hand. Great job, everyone!
I'll start marking days and times. 12 noon 3/23. Wings where perfect and Italian Cheesey Bread was spot on! Fantastic work guys. I was told 5 to 7 minutes. Came back in at literally in 6 minutes. Waited a few seconds to let the cashier help another customer and she had it in hand ready for me. Awesome job guys.
I was able to get pizza on a busy evening in a reasonable amount of time. As a regular customer, I know what to expect in this regard. Waited for 25 minutes on base cheese and pepper pizza. Many workers there, but only two actually do every job. If a worker stops saying she's not paid enough to get the product faster. Pizzas were good, crazy bread was tasteless.
It took 45 minutes for us to pick up 5 pizzas. My boyfriend was told he needed to be more patient after he complained. We were told they would be ready in about 15 minutes....
This store should really think about staying open later then 9pm Also it is not cool to up the prices on the pizza.. what happened to the 5 dollar pizza ??????
