Ordered 5 pizzas and Bread sticks. asked for a Time to come back for my order, and they said 15 minutes. so I went back in 15 minutes they said its about two minute til its done. another 20 minutes go by so I asked what was taking so long, they said itle be one more minute, I said if its not done in a minute I will come back or get a refund. I said dont tell me 15 minutes if you are not going to be done in 15 minutes, give me a proper time to come back to get my order. they said BE More PATIENT. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Corporate is being contacted, and I will Say do Not go here. better off buying something from any other pizza place. because you will end up spending more...
I've observed that the manager sometimes uses toppings that are almost spoiled, opting to save money for his bonus instead of choosing fresh ingredients. This makes me wonder if he may have exaggerated his qualifications to get the manager position, as he seems to lack both people skills and management experience.
The situation has worsened due to maintenance issues. In one case, a plumber came to fix a drainage problem but ended up spreading raw sewage throughout the kitchen for hours. He was essentially making pizzas in unsanitary conditions. If this continues, I worry that the restaurant won't survive much longer under his leadership.

Waited for 25 minutes on base cheese and pepper pizza. Many workers there, but only two actually do every job. If a worker stops saying she's not paid enough to get the product faster. Pizzas were good, crazy bread was tasteless.
Unfortunately, there was no menu available! The staff simply asked us what we wanted. They also didn't offer any diet drinks. We ordered pizza, but it didn't meet our expectations.

It took 45 minutes for us to pick up 5 pizzas. My boyfriend was told he needed to be more patient after he complained. We were told they would be ready in about 15 minutes....
