We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with butter and parmesan all over the whole thing and I gotta tell you .... It was absolutely delicious! When my friend walked out with our order an employee came out and told us that he had handed us the wrong pizza. Less than 5 minutes later the cook came out with our pizza, and an extra bread stick, and it was hot and ready. The cook then came back out and gave all four of us in the vehicle a brownie for the inconvenience and told us that half their oven was down at the moment and it had been taking a while to fill orders. This Little Caesars location is extremely busy, with employees often bumping into each other and frequently dropping pizzas. The pizza I received looked like it had been crushed before being boxed, and it wasn’t even sliced—just a whole, uncut pizza. On top of that, there’s no way to reach a manager; when I called the store and asked for management, they hung up on me. Their website accepts complaints but doesn’t collect contact information to follow up. Next time, I’ll drive an extra five miles and go to Domino’s instead.
I'm quite disappointed with the dried-out and burnt Hot 'n Ready pizzas I've been getting from this Little Caesars location. Around 70% of the time, the pizza isn't up to standard. I've reached the point where I no longer expect good quality from here.

The service is decent, but the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. Please take your time to cook the pizzas thoroughly. The deep dish was mostly dough with only a few pieces of sausage and not much cheese.
This Hot and Ready pizza was so dang good. Not sure what changes you made to the crust, but Wow!!! We drove in from Marysville to get it cuz you guys are that good!! Thanks and keep up the good work !!??
