This place is TERRIBLE including the manager Noah I called this store and made a complaint to the manager and he was dead quit on the phone with no appoligies or anything.. The problem was I received a cheese pizza it was not cut it all it was melted cheese all over the pizza like the pizza was thrown together. Every time I go to this Little Caesars I get bad service and have NEVER GOTTEN MY FOOD RIGHT AND/OR HOT. I will tell people to not go to this place and I will also be making a call to corrupt also because I know me calling the resturant is not going to solve anything because they manager Noah was not help.
Night Shift Manager Jared went above and beyond despite being extremely understaffed and closing the store. He stayed late to personally resolve an issue with my order. I will be submitting a character attestation to corporate first thing Monday morning. In today’s workforce, where many aren’t willing to take on such challenges, Jared truly deserves recognition—not just for this branch, but individually. I hope they treat you well. You handled the pressure and time constraints like a true professional.
I placed an order for pickup through the app. When I arrived, there were about five people waiting at the counter, but only one employee was working. Fortunately, I was able to bypass the line by entering a code from the app and simply grabbed my pizza from the warmer without needing to interact with anyone, so I was in and out quickly. The order was accurate, although the sauce was quite easy to manage, while the cheese was a bit difficult to handle.
That manager Noah is a god send, very nice and easy to talk to. Not a second went by that he didn?t help me with my order and was very understanding. I had a problem with my cheese pizza and they made sure to make it correctly the second time. They prepared it in such an immaculate way. Definetly calling ?corporate? and telling them about this amazing manager.

I only wish I had found this place sooner. The pizza was absolutely perfect. The staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back, even if it means a longer drive.
Unlike their Hot-N-Ready pizzas, I ordered mine fresh and it took the 30 minutes they estimated. Since it was Halloween, the service was excellent.

This little Caesars is one of the best I've lived by. Their pizza is not sloppy or too greasy. It's just right always!
