Little Caesars Pizza

I usually write no reviews and usually verryunderstanding to problems. So, if I say, it was a terrible situation. I command the duty, my children love it. I have a problem that one of my little kids only likes cheese pizza. So when I ordered it, I said, 3 phone calls from courts one of them is minus pepperoni. You screwed up the order I waited for over 20 minutes. One of the employees apologized and gave a voucher for the next visit. What was the problem. Good, no. A week later, I ordered the same and the same exact situation again. With an additional bonus coupon it was assumed next it was expired. I have lunch here at my break in downtown Mt Clemens. My order placed via the app, EST was about 30 min. Was done in about 20. When I came in, a young lady greeted when she asked if I needed something else from them after I got my order from the portal and wished a good day. The pizzas and stuffed bread sticks were BEYOND amazing. Usually, the stuffed sticks are a little dry from other places, but they were perfectly cooked and absolutely crushed in the garlic butter and parm cheese. I wish I had ordered more. Pizza was a lot of cheesy and a perfect crunch.

I made an order. They delivered to the wrong address. Didn't call. I'll call customer service and wait 20 minutes. Stop. This time is almost 10 o'clock. She told me I had to wait 7-10 days for my refund. I've waited for an hour, no attempt to talk, so I don't have food and I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. The representative didn't take care of it and told me what it looks like and put the phone on me. This is the worst customer service I have received.

I ordered my usual pizza, and the manager assisted me with my order, providing support that I haven’t experienced at other places. I felt respected and welcomed; I was even thanked for my order and invited to come back. Last time, I was treated exceptionally well, and I’ve shared my positive experience with everyone. Thank you! The lady knows her stuff and seemed to train and treat most customers. I'm not sure what her name was because she has to help the one who has the name on my bill, but she was excellent! I wish I had got her a coffee because she always seemed to have what would be like a long day. Keep the excellence in management!

I absolutely love this place! Unlike Little Caesars, their food is always served hot, and I've never had any issues during my visits. Sometimes the breadsticks are a bit dry, but that's a minor flaw in an otherwise great experience.

This is the best little Caesars location ever the breadsticks are always perfect, the pizza is always tasting fresh. Whoever is running/working here is doing their job!

I always call ahead to order my stuffed crust pizzas, and the staff consistently has them ready for me as soon as I arrive.

Great cheap pizza, probably the best of all my local locations. You always make great hot pizza perfect for a brushed meal.
