The service at this restaurant is lacking. Customers can wait up to 15 minutes without being approached to take their order because the staff is always in the back. Even when someone does come out, they only engage with a few customers before returning to the kitchen. There is no bell to call for service. Additionally, there have been several instances where mobile orders were mixed up because the boxes were not properly labeled.
it was about 12 min to close time and they would not make my pizza they tried to say that they were out of the diligent if there is a pizza shop never out of the diligent that is common since so I don’t b go back to this Pacific store I ever want to go to pizza hat or any other pizza shop and cc’s pizza, but cc’s pizza in star city is pay and all uso it is
The service was so poor that the server had a bad attitude the whole time. They went to the kitchen to prepare the food without washing their hands after handling money and touching other items. It was concerning that they may have handled money from multiple people without washing their hands.

Fox's Pizza in Kingwood cannot compare to the excellence of this pizza. Fox's pizza is extremely disappointing.
As long as you keep the pretzel pizza it was awesome please don't take it back away it's my favorite
