Slow carryout service. Pizza baker was confused and kept checking the completed pizza orders and boxes over and over and over again. I don't know what he was expecting to find inside the filled pizza boxes that hadn't been there before; but it was quite the performance. Not sure how they advertise Hot n Ready cause there rarely is anything ready. Today they said it's an hour wait for pizza. I ordered mine online, been waiting almost 30 minutes more from the estimated pick up time. Luckily it's the weekend cause on a school day I would have cancelled the order. On other occasions Ive had to slice my own pizza because they barely cut it. The cheese was all over it and could barely see the crust.
lexi took my order and was extremely rude. should not be in customer service if it has a attitude towards everyone. I went to my visit. a woman before me came by and said her brotsticks were cold, so lex went to make new, and that would wait an additional 15 min so that the lady changed her spirit not to get her pizza too cold and lex pulled the brotsticks out of the müll and she handed them over to her. disgusting
