I usually try to be understanding, especially with service jobs, but this is by far the worst Little Caesars I’ve been to. I can’t count how many times I’ve waited way too long for just one classic hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Today is the last time I’ll come here. I ordered at 7:05 and was told it would be ready by 7:25 at the latest. I showed up 10 minutes late at 7:35, and they told me it would take another 10 minutes. There was no one else in the store. It took over 40 minutes in total—time I could have saved by ordering delivery from somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather drive to the one in Folsom. And this was on a Wednesday night, not a busy time at all.

The customer service at Little Caesars Pizza was terrible. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes while several staff members walked by without acknowledging me or the five other customers waiting behind me. When they finally noticed I was still there, they told me they don’t accept walk-ins and only take online orders. Having worked in customer service for a long time, I find this unacceptable. Since this location is just a two-minute drive from my home, their poor service means I won’t be coming back.
Ordered online, only to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic pepperoni and classic cheese because they don 't keep a readily available stock of their Hot and Ready selections. They offered no apologies instead walked away from the counter andwent to the back to rest their chin on a box of pizzas ready to be put in the warmer. Would NOT recommend wasting time, money orfrustration here.
First and last time I ever go to this location. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.. then a male employee walked up to the register while wiping his runny nose with his hand as he proceeded to take my order. After I paid, he immediately started making my pizza.. dude didn?t even wash his hands. I felt incredibly disgusted and asked for my money back.
We spent quite a bit on pricey pizzas, but we won't be doing that again! The quality has really declined, and you can easily find a better pizza dinner for the same price elsewhere. Plus, they are quick to accommodate your requests if they don't have something ready.

The pizza was good not to write home to mother but good. The service was good except for one thing. I thought Little Ceasars had no waiting guarantee. Waiting was only 10 minutes. Bonus I knew the pizza was fresh and it was extremely hot. I'll go back in the future.
This Little Caesars location is one of the worst I've encountered. They consistently ignore their posted business hours and have repeatedly failed to provide service.
