On Sunday, September 5, 2021, I called the restaurant from 6:00 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I drove to the restaurant and spoke with Jeffrey, who claimed to be the manager. I expressed my disappointment, mentioning that I had tried to place an order online, but there was no option available for me, even for the "Create Your Own" selection. Unfortunately, Jeffrey was incredibly rude and seemed to let his anger get the best of him. His treatment of me as a regular customer felt disrespectful to the point where I felt almost forced to leave the establishment. This matter regarding Jeffrey needs to be addressed immediately. I wish I could rate him zero stars.
The prices are reasonable, but the service is disappointing. The staff appeared quite indifferent. We ordered an extra pizza, and the cashier assured us it would be ready in five minutes. However, after waiting 25 minutes, another customer came in and inquired about any ready pizzas. The cashier confirmed and handed her a pizza that had just come out. Meanwhile, as I was speaking to the cashier, she casually mentioned that we would still need to wait for our order. It's just ridiculous. I suggest that you either order something else or choose a different restaurant.
Tried the new pretzel pizza last night—while it was a bit salty, it was a fun twist on a slice. The highlight, though, was when I called in my order. Eric C. was incredible—so attentive and welcoming, like a concierge at a five-star hotel. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent phone etiquette; he should definitely be training others. This location is always packed, and the staff work hard to deliver great service. I just wish they accepted tips, especially when paying by card, since most of us don’t carry much cash these days.

I come here for 1 reason. Sure the pizza is a great deal priced low or the myriad of dipping sauces, but I keep my eyes on the prize. The crazy bread. Hands down the best bread sticks ever. Dare I even say better than olive garden. They're so good you don't even need dipping sauce. I like eating them pure and tasting the excellent butter and garlic garnishments. Truly finger licking good
Order over the phone so your pizza is ready. Ps pizza is still good the next day! Netflix, wine and pizza night this specific place is perfect. Guys in there are the most hardworking guys I have ever seen running an entire business. They deserve at least a tip jar! They remember our order every time we call!
I had to wait 15 minutes because nothing was ready, and I hadn’t placed my order online—wish I had! The pizza arrived hot, the chicken wings were delicious, and I left happy.
