This isn’t my first bad experience, but it’s my first review because things just keep getting worse. I purchased a pizza from here five minutes ago, and this is what I found when I opened the box. Additionally, this establishment does not honor the promotions they advertise in-store. There’s a sign that clearly states if an employee doesn’t offer you Crazy Bread, you should get it for free. A few weeks ago, an employee didn’t mention it, and when I asked about it, she refused to give me the free Crazy Bread. I’m spending my money here but not receiving any quality service.
The two pizzas I received were flat and lacked flavor, and they seemed undercooked. I considered taking them back, but I wasn't sure it would make a difference. When I ordered, I specifically asked the girl not to make a pizza with brown cheese, as cheese should be yellow. She explained that the pizzas always come out of the oven the same way, but I've found that they rarely do. I'd honestly rather buy a Red Baron frozen pizza from the store; it would be ten times better. My conclusion is to stop going to Little Caesars altogether. It seems they just don't care.
Did you really deep fry these items? What a waste of two bags of breadsticks and a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. We ended up throwing all three away after trying just a bite of each. The breadsticks were paper thin and overcooked, tasting more like crackers, while the pizza was doughy and drenched in grease. You would think that with three employees "working" (who were mostly just standing around), they would have the decency to prepare something edible. I recommend not ordering from this location if you don't want to be disappointed.
If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. This location is the absolute worst Little Carsars I?ve ever gone too. Few years ago it was okay at best, for a year now it?s been horrible. Thus location is closed but still available on the website to select. Ordered food just to realize that the order was pushed to the york rd location. Absolutely unacceptable. Been calling the corporate number for 2 days!
The person at the front register was quite rude, and I believe she might be the manager of the store. It was a very unpleasant experience. I wonder how they could hire someone like that?
I like this location so much better than the one I was going to before. Fast and friendly service and the pizza was hot and fresh. Will be going to this Little Caesars from here on out.

This pizza is the pits and their cheese sticks, which used to be a highlight, are now small and disappointing. I would compare their pizza to a stick of Halloween bag chewing gum.
