I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Little Caesars. After placing my pizza order online, I arrived on time and ended up waiting for 20 minutes with no pizza in sight. When I inquired about the wait, the employee informed me that the managers were on break, leaving him to handle the busy store alone, which had about 12 customers waiting. To my dismay, I noticed the two managers off to the side, having a conversation.
