I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars. The service is incredibly unprofessional. I typically order online, and my order was supposed to be ready by 5:22 at the latest. I arrived about five minutes later and ended up waiting another ten minutes. When they finally found my pizza, instead of handing it to me right away, the staff kept opening it up. Not only was it cold, but it was also undercooked! I've had some disappointing experiences lately, but this one is truly unacceptable!
Unsanitary from A to Z is MY personal opinion. I have heard and seen for myself in the past 10 years horrible service, I have gone back hoping that the Parlor was under NEW MANAGEMENT. Today I walked in to order a pizza and obviously interrupted the Counter Persons lunch. She didn’t wash her hands before taking my order and she ACTUALLY picked at her teeth with her fingers as she waited for the register to total my order. I AM DONE WITH THIS SORRY PLACE.
The pizza we ordered online was fresh when it arrived, but the breadsticks were quite disappointing. They had very little, if any, butter or parmesan on them, making them dry and bland. They were essentially just plain sticks of bread.
As for accessibility, there is a wheelchair-accessible entrance just to the left of the front door, which is a nice feature. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
