Okay so i am a regular costumer of this location but one employee over here who usually does evening shift he is skinny,tall wears different wigs and wears coat all the time tries to act like a girl but that is his personal choice that no one should comment on i am writing it so i can elaborate about who i am talking about whenever i unfortunately got served by him he gives so negative attitude to me i always used to greet him nicely but he thinks he is super cool and used to give bad attitude to me i used to ignore him but yesterday he crossed all the limits i placed order by call and went to pick up 35 mins later and he literally started cursing me that ohh yeah you ordered 4 HOURS AGO I c...
It seems they may have improved their staff. The pizza remains just as delicious, especially if you order it fresh. However, there isn't any seating available. Prices are reasonable but are gradually increasing like they are everywhere else. On a positive note, there is a really friendly cashier named Sabrina. I actually experienced friendly service for the first time in years at this place. She was very courteous. Thank you, young lady—great job!
Their pizza is always good. if you plan to order online then sometimes, they may MESS UP with your pizza topping on the right or both or separate topping for no reason. we think their back worker cannot read. Sometimes we say nothing to take it because we have no time to wait for another to make pizza. Easy, order one full cheesy pizza and pepperoni pizza. Hopefully, that helps you to appreciate your pizza and time. Overall, pizza is affordable.
The food is fine but it ALWAYS takes soooo long to get your food. I'm still waiting fory food that supposed to be hot and ready, at least it is at other locations. It's been almost and hour and there is still no telling when it will actually be done. This is recurring. I don't come here all the time but ever time I do it always takes forever. I'll be going to other locations moving forward.

The service was awful. There were three employees—one at the register, one cooking, and a long line of 10 customers waiting. I had placed my order two hours in advance, yet I still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my food. I will never return to this place.
Ordered pizza on 12/17/23. Had the leftovers on 12/18/23 and pulled a long strand of hair out of the crust. I kept pulling and pulling and gave up. Never again.
Absolutely Awful. Sending food out in that condition should be means for termination or shutdown. Never ordering from the Glenolden location again!

I went today to try the puff pizza, but it was drenched in grease. I just couldn't bring myself to eat it!
Ordered food that i didn't receive... and being denied a refund. Will report to the BBB.
