I am very happy that I found this restaurant because it is the only one next to pizza/sushi places where vegans can eat, lunch and dinner in Troyes. When I asked about veganity of the main food options with vegetables, the servant said that Tteokbokki and Soba are vegan (I did not ask any egg, dairy products etc. and Bibimbap can be made vegan. I have eaten both Tteokbokki and Soba, of which I prefer Soba, the tteokbokki after a while becomes somewhat boring, with never-ending rice cake. I enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant! The food was amazing, not so expensive, waitress was really nice. The atmosphere was cozy and beautiful. Please go for it when you visit sights in Troyes!
