Today is a day full of energy even though the weather is not winter, autumn is not autumn.. in the middle of a week of pouring rain every day, hungry, not because of the cold weather, but because of my hard work driving 4.5 hours to get to the place we chose for our winter vacation, the city of Bremen, located in the northwest of majestic Germany.. accidentally chose a restaurant that must be said to be amazing in terms of food quality. Das Restaurant Little Saigon in Bremen ist ein absolutes Muss für Liebhaber der vietnamesischen Küche! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Rindfleisch-Pho: Die Nudeln waren perfekt zubereitet, angenehm bissfest und harmonierten wunderbar mit der aromatischen Brühe und den frischen Kräutern. Die Kombination war ein echter Genuss und der Geschmack entführte mich sofort nach Vietnam. Der Service war zudem herzlich und aufmerksam. Ein großartiges Restaurant, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann!
Sehr schmackhaftes Essen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Authentische vietnamesische Küche. Es erinnerte uns an unsere Reise durch Vietnam. Besonders positiv: Wir wurden ausdrücklich gefragt, ob wir Koriander möchten. Der intensive Geschmack ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die vietnamesische Küche schmeckt auch ohne ihn ausgezeichnet.
