It is cooked in a fish metal form with a filling.Hotteok is a Korean pancake that is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a filling.I only tried the taiyaki but it was excellent. Key points to it. can visibly see the form of the fish, it is baked but not burnt. Lending to the artistic flair and presentation. they do not skimp on the filling. Let me repeat, they do not skimp on the filling. Consider me massively impressed on this point. it is hot, I mean burn your tongue. So be careful.I will definitely eat here agai...

Best hotteok you can get in LA and the two ladies are super friendly! The stand gives you the Korean vibe that you only get in Korea. New favorite dessert stop!
