Found myself sitting next to Andrew on the plane this morning and had a riveting conversation for the entire 2 hour flight on the colours of his travels and experiences visiting falsely claimed fair trade organic certified farms around the world and where actual quality crops and standards of good practice with farmers come from, wish I could actually try the coffee, I’m sure no doubt it’ll be good, one day I will! here’s to ‘sunshine people’, enjoy the attention to detail and informed staff! We need more businesses like this around the world...
I visited their cafe in Hintonburg, and the coffee was amazing. It was clear that a lot of care and precision went into crafting each cup. The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to discuss all things coffee. Instead of offering drip coffee, they focus on slow brewing methods, which creates beautifully complex and satisfying flavor profiles. If you have some time to spare and are looking for a top-notch caffeine fix, this is definitely the place to go.
Just made my first cup of pourover with the gear and beans the guys set me up with. Great service and advice on how to use it. I was introduced to coffee culture in Australia and the boys have brought that and more here! Great to know there is a place in Ottawa where I can get a great flat white (I had two today already) and some insanely good beans to brew at home. If you like good coffee this is the place to get it!!

Was in hintonburg today and noticed this little coffee place, decided to give it a try. Not only did the coffee tasted amazing the care to detail was awesome. Best latte/coffee I've had in a long time! Keep it up guys!
I went twice to the new location on Bank street. The coffee and service is very impressive, I tried the Kenyan coffee and one of the blends. This is top notch coffee, perfectly roasted.
We stopped in this week and were really blown away by the quality of the coffee. Best Americano I have had in a long time, and the beans we took home, well, simply the best! Thanks!
