Coming to Little Vietnamese Bistro is like a drive down to one of the best Vietnamese spots in San Jose.The pho is delicious. You can taste the beef broth with no msg flavor. My boyfriend and I were in the mood for some oxtail pho, but there aren't many places in the East Bay that serve it. Luckily, we discovered this small restaurant near the San Francisco airport. Parking was limited, but we got lucky and found a spot right in front of the restaurant. The oxtail soup and spring rolls were both delicious and flavorful. However, I had a major concern regarding the bathrooms, which were quite dirty and messy. On the bright side, the service was fast and straightforward, and the staff members were friendly and polite. I would definitely consider coming back, but I would avoid using the bathrooms.
The service was disappointing. The spring rolls tasted obviously premade; when I requested them without vegetables, I was told by the chef that it wasn’t possible. Really? To add to that, the meat inside was cold. The noodles were decent, but the poor service overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. I had to ask for a receipt three times. The only advantage this restaurant has is its convenient location next to the swim school, otherwise, I doubt I would return.

The positives: The garlic noodles with chicken were quite enjoyable and had a good flavor. The negatives: The noodles in both the vermicelli and pho were disappointing. They seemed to lack quality; the pho noodles were overly soft and fell apart, resulting in an incorrect texture, while the vermicelli noodles were excessively wet.
Too lazy to cook, came here for dinner. Ordered two appetizers and two bowls of noodle soup. The meat of the egg roll was too salty. The 5 spice chicken roll only had 3 little pieces of meat. they used chicken broth for the pho. The crab meat tomato noodle soup is the only dish done it
The Crab Meat Tomato Rice Noodle Soup was delicious, packed with plenty of protein from the fish cake, tofu, and crab meat. I switched out the noodles for steamed rice, and it was absolutely delightful!
They should provide a variety of noodle options because if you don't eat the soup immediately, the noodles can become mushy.

The chicken curry comes with chicken that is extremely tough and difficult to chew.
