enjoy a day at the sourdough backclass with garry and matt. great fun and informative, they broke the process, so they can work when they go wrong at any point and how they try to pull it back (and if not,) with big coffee, lunch and many freshly baked brote to take home. recommend the bakery/café and the cursors!
great experience on her sourded back course, very informatiw and interesting. would recommend everyone, but above all those who want to bake their own sourdough. of very little knowledge I feel now to bake home. also the bakery has so many good offers in general, definitely one to call when they are over
very good brot, service it has to pick up as the online order slows down the entire process, man before me pick up two brote and two cakes, I three brote and over 10 minutes total. I said very good brot, even though five stars for it.
absolute proof (no pun intended) that they get what they pay, high quality bread, fresh, on the day, is ideal for sandwiches or simply with butter. day two is a tasty bite with the best toast they have ever.
