I’ve gone to Lizard Lounge a few times to do karaoke with some friends, but I will not be returning due to the terrible attitude of the staff. The man behind the bar had been nasty from the moment we walked in. The first thing he said to us was we needed to buy two drinks or we couldn’t stay. This was never a previous policy, but still we stayed and wanted to enjoy the night. We signed up for karaoke, there wasn’t many people in the bar. This place is far too loud for my liking. You can’t even hear someone speaking right next to you. Karaoke happens almost every night, which adds to the noise. The only positive aspect is the vintage video games they offer.
Jay is an old college buddy of mine. I've visited his restaurant a few times, and each experience has been enjoyable. It’s a bit of a trek from my place in Queens, but it’s always great to catch up with Jay.

SO MUCH FUN! Sing your favorite songs at the kareoke corner and you’ll have such a great time! The bartender and DJ are awesome and attentive!
Bartender is great, DJ is great, karaoke is a lot of fun here, highly recommend for a fun night out with friends and loved ones.
