This is one of the best “fast food” chains offering Hawaiian BBQ on the mainland. There are quite a few in the area, but this is my favorite and is the only one I know that is actually rooted in Hawaii.The Kal Bi, BBQ chicken and Kalua pork plate lunches are my favorite. Do not order orange chicken its over prices ,burnt,chucks of fat , brown and green onions stuff on bottom of box. Not orange chicken. Trash! dog wouldn't even eat it,I guess the price of lettuces most be high for l&l .there was one thin peice. No sauce on burger.Burnt dry out fish sandwich. Cashier and cook yelling at each other .cashier very poor service.2 stars is pushing it .will not be returning.
The food at this restaurant is terrible. I suspect they use low-quality meat. I would advise against eating here as you may become ill. The restaurant is also very dirty. The cashier can hardly speak English. If a restaurant doesn't even have proper utensils, it's a sign that the food isn't good. Save your money and skip this place.
Food is great, service is BLAHH. Treat you as if your asking for free food. Maybe they don’t know or understand customer service!Young lady taking orders is mean and bad attitude and tries overcharging. They don’t let you use the restroom if it’s take out!!Maybe some day they’ll begin reading their ratings and get it together.

Food is delicious however service is horrible, cashier lady, Asian in her late 20’s maybe 30 years old is so rude. I asked her if they accept promos from the L&L app she said , what is that ? We don’t accept that. She said they don’t work with the App with a horrible attitudeBathroom is trash, they don’t clean it
This place is not recommended, the person serving is not cordial or friendly. They yell at the cook. There is also graffiti on the dining room wall. The feeling is. How will the kitchen be?
One of my comfort food..I loved their Bbq short ribs together with chicken katsu and rice with over easy egg..You can order ahead so you don’t need to wait for your food..
This is the worst place I've ever been to. The restaurant is dirty and it took almost an hour to get my order of 5 mixed plates.

This restaurant doesn't look clean at all. Bad service. No greetings to customers. They are not interested in talking with you.
