I visited the takeaway for food with my kids and ordered a 16inch donner pizza and the donner was uncooked and smelt awful . The whole pizza was disgusting. We took it back in the guy at the counter said we don’t cook the donner . I asked for a margarita came so quick and looked uncooked and awful. Tasted awful. Asked for the difference as it was ment to be cheaper got angry for asking as I asked for the change and threw the money back. Absolutely shocking customer service. Said the English people around this area don’t know what food is as they like it like this. Do not visit this place !!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!
I placed an order on December 28th, and it took 50 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, the Donna meat and chips were cold, with the chips still frozen in the middle. The prawn and mushroom pizza was uncooked, with raw and cold dough. We called to complain, and a man promised a free order on our next visit. When we called on January 2nd to redeem this offer, we were told no and hung up on. The staff was rude and provided no customer service. We will not be returning anytime soon.
I went to llandudno grill last night and I ordered a large chips and cheese and donna meet chips and cheese it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was off. I phoned up to complain and all I got was it is not out of date and we will have a word with our suppliers I can tell you 100% that that product was out of date and it made my son sick the customer service was shocking avoid this place they offered me 20% off my next order absolute joke I have informed inviter mental health
It seems we had a different experience to what the previous reviewers mentioned. We chose to take the Naan Chicken Kebabs and the guy taking our order was kind and courteous. The kebabs were of good quality and the sauces were on point. The Chicken was nicely cooked. Would not hesitate to go again and eat at this joint. Disgusting chicken tikka kebab didn’t even taste like tikka with what can only be described as a perfume yougurt dip chips and garlic mayo was awful it was like garlic paste on top of them and all of our order cost 37 pound for 3 meals rip off and food is not recommended
This must be the worst place I've ever eaten a pizza in absolutely disgusting they have no idea what pizza taste like they are charging pizza hut prices the quality of food is a big zero they kebab meat is raw they need closing down for standard of food they selling.
This restaurant's customer service was incredibly rude. I ordered a doner pizza but it had no doner meat on it at all. When I asked for a refund, I was refused. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The service was shocking.
Ordered again and food came on time, hot and as tasty as always. The only shock I had was the cost. The normal price was £14 but now almost £18! It’s quite a jump for what you order so this might put me off ordering again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite and I suffered from a stomachache all night after eating there. I would never dine there again, even if it was my last meal and I was starving.
