Our second visit, following an impressive first visit. However, we could not believe the difference in our visits, only a few days apart. We placed our order, fish, chips and peas, and chips, 2 faggots and peas. 2 drinks and a portion of bread and butter. Firstly 2 plates of chips arrived with nothing else. We spoke to the waiter. He took both back and returned with it all transferred in a pile on a small plate. I asked about the peas, he said they weren't included..... They were on the menu. No b and butter, so I queried that. His response, oh I will check. He appeared with 1 slice. It clearly stated 2 slices in a portion. When I asked about this he said I can cut in half to give you 2 piec...
I spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant with my three grandchildren on a busy weekend. We were seated at a table that easily accommodated all five of us, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, including a children's menu that was both diverse and reasonably priced. The kids were entertained with coloring sheets and crayons while they waited for their meals. Our server was incredibly polite and attentive. The portions were generous and delicious, especially the real chips. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you.
We came here for a couple of nights in our motorhome. We would usually eat out in restaurants but found them not to be dog friendly so we decided to eat in our motorhome. We called at this chippy on our way back on the first night and had fish, chips, mushy peas and curry. Everything we ate was delicious. I am very fussy so this is a big statement. The staff are a credit to the establishment and even gave our dogs a sausage. Keep up the good work. We love to spend money in all the towns we visit and happy this time with our choice. We went the 2 nights and both were amazing. Try the curry too x
I was not very hungry during lunch time, so I decided to order the small breakfast. To my surprise, it was as large as a big breakfast that you would find anywhere else. The bacon was of good quality and the eggs were fresh from the farm. It was delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in Aberaeron. Be very careful when visiting this establishment Prices are not clear on the board and you will end up paying well over the odds The food is overpriced and the quality is poor Too much batter, not enough flesh and greasy Overall not a pleasant experience and one which won’t be repeated
We had a takeaway meal and ate at the harbour. Chips were great and the curry sauce the best I’ve ever had. Kids fish and chips was good value and plenty of it. Girl on the counter was so friendly. 10 out of 10 experience!

Fish and chips 10 pound 10 pence. Fish was OK chips not too good. Ridiculous charge 10.10. What point in that. Other chippy much nicer and cheaper
