St. Jean de Vedas is not on anyone’s must visit list. But this unassuming restaurant in a strip mall is worth the trip. The foie gras app was amazing with an onion gelée and the duck, as noted elsewhere was perfection. Ok, vegetables were mushy but no one is perfect and for the price this is an amazing value.
