I have ordered and eaten from The Loaded Potato Bar many, many times. I attempted to order last week as I normally do, however; the online ordering was down as they were experiencing a power outage.Today, I was relieved to see the online ordering was available (it saves on time for me). I placed my usual order. My drive to the establishment is 46 minutes each way. I get home and take two bites, delicious as always. The third scoop in, I see something black. I give this 3 stars there were a few things I saw wrong with this place starting with the customer service noone was out front only 1 cook in the back and no suggestions or help to be given the person acted like we were a bother to be there! Next with the prices are to expensive for a potato! The music is turned up so loud you can't hear yourself think( a little goes a long way) and There is no where to sit except outside it was raining and the chairs are so small and metal and not made for anyone with hips. My family and I enjoy ordering takeout from this restaurant and have visited multiple times without any issues—until last week. I checked their website for their hours, which indicated they were open, so I placed an online order. After driving nearly 30 minutes, I discovered they were actually closed. My card was still charged, and despite calling over 20 times in the past few days, nobody has answered. I even went to the restaurant, but it was still closed, despite the posted hours. While we love their potatoes, we won't be returning. I'm still waiting for a reimbursement after spending $60, but as I mentioned, no one answers our calls. The customer service has been terrible.
Don’t try and go within 30 minutes of their advertised closing time. There was a hand written sign saying “sold out” at 8pm even though there are people waiting inside. We tried to order ahead at 7:40 and the system told me online orders were unavailable AFTER I entered my credit card info. Drove 20 minutes here. I guess they’ll magically have more potatoes tomorrow when the staff feels like working…

On Sunday, we tried again, arriving at 11:36 AM when they open at 11:00 AM. Once again, they were closed. We're incredibly frustrated and find this situation unacceptable. With all the twists and turns we had to navigate to get there, only to find them closed, we won't be returning. It's so disappointing. When are they actually open?
Well you can't go by the advertised business hours they have listed on Yelp. I drove all the way over there on a Sunday and it was closed. I'm still pissed. Call before you invest your time and gas money.
I had dinner here yesterday and the Biggie potato was great. Service was great and quick, The food was so good. They have a lot of different options, I would definitely check them out again.
It's been a while since my visit, but I still recall feeling quite disappointed. I gave it a rating of 3 as a courtesy, giving them the benefit of the doubt.
