The exterior of this restaurant resembles a scene from an old western movie, and there’s quite a bit of construction happening in the area. However, none of that takes away from the incredible food! I ordered the passion fruit mimosa, and I really wish I had chosen the bottomless option—it was that good! The cinnamon French toast is massive enough to feed a small village with just one slice (which is fantastic, trust me). The bread they use is simply outstanding! **Update:** This was my third visit, and I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy while sitting outside. The food is great, but I've noticed that everything tends to be a little salty, regardless of what I order. Next time, I'll ask them to go easy on the salt. My eggs were perfectly cooked, aside from that. **Updated August 2022:** I brought some friends from New York here, telling them it has the best breakfast, and they were truly impressed. Loadings is a unique breakfast spot and might even surpass most places I've tried. The avocado toast was tasty, but I have a big appetite, so I ended up ordering eggs as well. Our waitress was fantastic too. I really enjoy coming here.
What an incredible spot for brunch! If you’re in the St. Cloud area, you absolutely have to stop by and check it out. Our server, Alex, was fantastic and kept the peach bellinis flowing. The chicken and waffles were phenomenal—the chicken was juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside, drizzled with an irresistible sweet and spicy sauce. The French toast was massive and incredibly delicious. Now, let me talk about the mac and cheese... OMG, it’s the BEST MAC AND CHEESE I’ve ever had! The flavor is unforgettable.
