Recalé en este pequeño pueblo de la sierra de Alicante por casualidad, iba a uno de los hoteles que más me han gustado y al que pienso volver, el Vivood, que está muy cerca. Este es un restaurante conocido, pero lo mejor es su clientela, éramos los únicos españoles en un montón de mesas ocupadas por nórdicos jubilados que vienen aquí a pasar los inviernos. El señor que nos atendió fue encantador, simpático y con ganas de hablar, y el menú muy rico. Una deliciosa olla, distinta a las que he probado siempre, ensalada, conejo a la brasa y tartas caseras.

¡No puedo calificarlo más que con la palabra perfecto! La comida impecable y el servicio mejor que bien. El local sin grandes lujos no tiene tampoco ningún pero. ¡Gracias!
