I have already received the hotel by email without reply. I hope opentable creates more interest. I did not in the original email the fact that the complete order for one of our party on all three curses was missing and the replacement doorkeeper dinner partially frozen. the little girl in our party was somewhat disappointed, not to get her promised ice dessert. really it was a sneaky and I have no intention to visit again. here is the email I sent. Family of four who popped in this afternoon to have lunch which was excellent. Met the owner who gave outstanding customer service and had a very warm and courteous nature. Fantastic views and beautiful scenery. Dog's welcome as well. Would highly recommend and will definately be back.
Previously it loved to go to Lochnell arms, but this visit was not so good menu changed and eating not so good seemed bad quality. my enkel burger was unusable the burgerrolle was brick hard they replaced from the final bill, but already very disappointed.

an unattended waiter (we were the only people in the whole restaurant on midday) and very mediocre dine this gives the low rating. the Caesar salad with lachs, had flocks of dried salmon on it. may not recommend.
Stunning location, superb food and drink, great rooms. Friendly helpful staff and a warm welcome. Well worth a visit.

Had a great two nights here. It's a small family run hotel but very nice. Recommended.
