La serveuse ne comprenez pas notre demande et aparament le beaufort est sec et ne fond pas donc le chèvre serait il déjà fondus quand vous le recevez?? Évidement nos plats nous ont étés apportés avec 2 steaks de jambon et pas de pain mais à la place les croûtons racis pour la fondue et des petits morceaux de beaufort étalés sur la salade . I haven't visited this restaurant in 1550 for a few years. the charming young owner pierre and his partner aurélie are very welcoming and the menu is varied and somewhat different from the usual savoyarde spécialités. they still offer bark etc., cooked on an open...fire, but the cod cooked in kokosmilch, the filet mignon de porc en croûte and the raviolies de royal were all delicious. the desserts are very generous and very tasty, especially the crumbs! we are very happy to go back very soon!
Lovely outside terrace with views of the slopes but this alone was the highlight of our lunch. My wife had a basic salad which she said was ok, I had the pork which was served with an innocuous and tasteless green mush and reasonable gratin...potatoes. I can hardly cook but I could truly do better than what was served. This is basic home cooking and not worth the extortionate prices. Far better restaurants in 1550 and worth walking the extra 50 meters.

Comment décrire cet endroit qui a traversé les années avec une constante régularité.Ce qu'on peut dire c'est que le lieu ( comme le patron ! ) est chaleureux et atypique la cuisine de qualité, les vins choisis excellents et a bon escient avec la nourriture proposée.En plus les murs ont une histoire que vous découvrirez peut-être si vous avez la chance de parler avec le patron..Préférez le soir.
When you like beef (I love it), and you like cheminée taste, don’t miss this one. The young côte de boeuf is as good as the aged one, not to forget the perfect real béarnaise sauce, we went three times there is 6 days. And...the owner and his team are extremely friendly, which is not the case everywhere in Courchevel. A gem!

Très bon restaurantles plats sont copieux et gourmands La viande est excellente cuite devant nous à la cheminée.Très bons vins Mickey le propriétaire sait recevoir ses clients et son Genepi est délicieux Une valeur sûre de Courchevel

Lovely atmosphere and food. Had an amazing meal and will revisit Staff were lovely and read the whole menu to us in English. Highly recommend prices are not cheap but well worth it for a lovely meal
