Very good reception.The flavors the dishes are really very good and great well presented. This gentleman really has a real talent!!! that he knows how to exploit while presenting himself very simply to customers at the end of the meal. Not wanting to express me orally it would be too long I prefer to share it here.I think the other restaurants around are really far behind....at the level of service, quality of the dishes and their presentation. I would like to congratulate the whole team and of course to recommend this restaurant... Don't deprive yourself of such happiness....!!!!
I recommend 1000% this restaurant. We had a great evening on every level. The concept and menu offers us new culinary experiences. The food and wine agreements were just and surprising. The service is at the height of the kitchen and raised by the kindness and friendliness of the team. The fierce atmosphere of the restaurant is not at all guinded, it makes you feel very comfortable while eating beautiful gastronomy! It is not an affordable restaurant but the rates are at the height of the work provided.
Excellent from any point of view, kitchen, reception, info for possible allergies of local customers and products. Even the wood of meat knives comes from the Vosges forests....A large table to advise the eyes closed.... The head's autumn proposal is available... and it's surprising...

The dishes are thought with a lot of heart and accuracy. Inspirations to the garden (fruits, flowers, herbs, legumes) for the summer tasting menu. Special mention for chocolate/sorbet dessert that will leave us an indelible memory. Unexpected and rare in the region.
An incredible experience, we loved the menu chosen by the chef. Everything was perfect, in detail! Every dish was a trip! We had a great evening.
